Returns and Exchanges

Here at TESOURO we have a hassle-free 14 day return policy. Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed, you are not eligible for a return on change-of-mind or incorrect choice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you do not wish to exchange your item, you may choose to receive a store credit to the value of your purchase (minus applicable shipping costs).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned on change-of-mind, or incorrect choice.


Replacements

We will replace your item within 6 months if it fails due to a manfacturing fault. We only replace items if they are defective. This does not include physical damage or fair wear and tear. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tesouro.aus@gmail.com and send your item to: 801/7 Mooltan Avenue, Macquarie Park, NSW, 2113, Australia.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 801/7 Mooltan Avenue, Macquarie Park, NSW, 2113, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Policy

According to Australian Consumer Law, we are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is where the item: Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description or does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase, as this is required before any action can be taken. For a refund or replacement, the item must have its original packaging, be unworn or unused, have its original tag and be in the same condition it was supplied.
